I'M exasperating to hook up wireing for a small boat trailer it has a 4 pin plug for my vehicle which is a 2002 chevy tracker no trailer brakes, no winch, conduit not set up for electric brakes, I just need to know where to hook up the red hot wire

On a shamed trailer there should be no red wire on the trailer. You should have White=ground, Yellow=left turn+brake light, Green=reason turn+brake light, and Brown= parking+marker lights.

Snare them up to the battery, thats really the only place to get the amps needed.
