$200 for the 12 foot row boat
JP | May 06, 2008
It depends on the require of the boat and condition, $50-$200 depending on weight and type of boat. Any other things such as lights or seats?

has anyone tried to repair an aluminum row boat with bed liner stuff or maybe had advice on if it will worl?
Jul 30, 1158 by Timothy O | Posted in Boats & Boating
key hints i don't assume aluminum will corrode between the bed liner and aluminum. my main question is will it stick and will it help
see my aluminum boat leaks on the bottom probably through rivits and a few cracks
i don't appreciate how carpet is going to stop a leak it only seems that will make it so you can't see the water until your carpet becomes soaked. let me clarify that in about 2 hours there is about a gallon or more of water in the bottom of my 12 foot rowboat
I had to do mine only two years ago I used a aluminum tented marine sealant in the tube because so many rivets had given way. Still floating and it was extent cheap. Then after you seal it test it then put your carpet if you like

have a 12' L, 4' W aluminum v hull row boat w/ transom of 15" no hp plate on boat?
Sep 27, 2007 by Jim D | Posted in Boats & Boating
i have a 12 foot dream of and 4 foot wide v hull row boat with a 15" transom with no hp plate on it (boat was purchased by my dad 50 years ago). i also have an 8 hp brief shaft outboard that i inherited. would this be too large for this boat? hopefully not as i really don't want to buy a different motor as this one was lately serviced and checked out.
you should be nice with an 8 hp outboard, I have a 12 foot v hull and I've had a 25hp on it a couple times( don't recommend that. it went extravagant but never would plane out) I haven't looked in a while but i believe mine is rated for 15hp and it was made in 1958
